Leadership Coaching is for Christians navigating new and greater responsibilities who want to consistent develop more growth, clarity and alignment.

This is service is a blend of coaching, leadership training, spiritual formation and counsel.

It is designed to help you make the most out of every situation and season as you lead your life, work, and calling with intention and conviction.

Fill up a questionnaire and begin with a two hour Call to establish a foundation for our work.

Sign up for Weekly or bi-weekly sessions

Minimum 3-month engagement

Each session is 60-90 minutes on Zoom

Combines coaching, mentoring, and teaching

There is no preparation needed except for to follow through on your own goals and assignments.

Each session we open a safe and uplifting space to address is the most important for you.

We map your process and work through it with Holy Spirit empowerment and clarity.

Between each session you work to achieve your goals and grow intentionally.
