BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

By submitting your payment to participate in any of the King’s Institute, King’s Ministry, King’s Leadership, Wisdom King, and/or Jeremiah King’s Group and/or Private Services, both online and in person, you Agree, Understand and Accept the following Liability Release and Payment & Refund Policies:

LIABILITY RELEASE:

Competency of Service Providers

* I Understand that Jeremiah King, Wisdom King, King’s Institute, King’s Ministry, King’s Leadership, and all of its Representatives, do their best to ensure that the information provided on this website, the course and training platform, and all of the resources available for download are accurate and provide valuable information. Regardless of anything to the contrary, nothing available on or through these platforms should be understood as a recommendation that I should not consult with a Medical, Financial, and/or Legal Professional to address my specific personal situation. The Teachers and Spaceholders of Jeremiah King, Wisdom King, King’s Institute, King’s Ministry and King’s Leadership are not Health\Medical Professionals, Real Estate Agents, Attorneys, Accountants, or Financial Advisors. Neither the Company, nor any of its employees or owners, shall be held liable or responsible for any errors or omissions on this website or any platform, or in any service or offering, or for any damage I may suffer as a result of failing to seek competent advice from a professional who is familiar with my personal and unique situation.

Liability

* I agree that Jeremiah King, Wisdom King and all Representatives of King’s Institute, King’s Ministry and King’s Leadership are not responsible for my spiritual journey, decisions or anything that may transpire in my life at any time before, during and after my participation in any event, workshop, course, training or private session.

* I release Jeremiah King, Wisdom King and all Representatives of King’s Institute, King’s Ministry and King’s Leadership from all responsibility for any and all aspects of my mental, emotional, spiritual, physical and financial health.

* All information (including prophecy, oracles, guidance, coaching, resources, and training) I receive from Jeremiah King, Wisdom King, or any Representative of King’s Institute, King’s Ministry or King’s Leadership, is accepted with the full knowledge that any action I take as a result of the information received is my choice and complete responsibility.

Responsibility

* I accept the full responsibility of any situation or outcome related to the compliance or non-compliance to any instruction from King’s Institute, King’s Ministry and King’s Leadership’s Facilitators received in the context of Services, Workshops, Events, Courses or Trainings.

* I accept and acknowledge that if I do not demonstrate comprehension, make efforts and implement change in regards to any correction I receive during a service or event of any kind, I will be asked to leave the space, container or service and will not receive a refund of any kind.

* If I choose to meet up with other participants I meet during events, workshops, courses or on the platforms of King’s Institute, King’s Ministry and King’s Leadership, I agree that it is entirely my choice and in no way involves the responsibility of Jeremiah King or Wisdom King.

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY:

By submitting your payment, you are agreeing that you Understand and Accept the following Payment & Refund Policy:

Payments

* I affirm that I am over the age of 18 and do not need the permission of a Parent or Legal Guardian to make any payments to, or to attend any Service or Offering of King’s Institute.

* I accept that all future payments made to King’s Institute, Jeremiah King, Wisdom King or King’s Leadership are subject to these same Terms, Agreements & Waivers.

* I Understand that all donations, seeds, tithes, gifts and offerings made to King’s Institute, King’s Ministry, Jeremiah King, or Wisdom King, are non-refundable.

Third Party Payment Processors

* I agree that I have read and accepted the terms of use and privacy policies of the third party Service and Payment Providers used to process my payments and provide these services, before providing my banking or payment information. And that the sellers are not responsible for protecting my personal data and information submitted to these third party payment processors.

Violation of Terms, Agreements & Waivers

* I understand that Jeremiah King, Wisdom King, King’s Institute, King’s Ministry and King’s Leadership may refuse or cancel a transaction at any time by their sole discretion, if any representative of King’s Institute deem that I am in violation of these Terms of Service.

Refunds

* I understand and agree that Refunds for booked and paid Services, Sessions, Courses, Workshops, Events or Trainings, are only available up to 48 hours before the Scheduled Date and Time. I also understand that I must email with a request to cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled time and date, and that there may be a non-refundable Administrative Fees of $25 plus any other fees deducted from the original amount paid to the Third Party Processors, and that these non-refundable fees are solely my responsibility if I cancel my booking.

* I understand and agree that there are no refunds within 48 hours of the scheduled date and time of my booking. And that I may Reschedule my Session myself up to 48 hours in advance. No Rescheduling of Private Sessions is possible within 48 hours.

* If you miss your Private Session for any reason, it will be deemed as a Completed Service since the Practitioner will have cleared their schedule, and taken the time to prepare and be there ready to serve.

* Refunds are not issued for completed services, under any circumstance. If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with the service, course, workshop or event for any reason, you must ask to stop the service before it is 50% complete, in order to receive a partial refund of any kind.

* If you can no longer attend a Workshop, Event, Course or Training after it has begun, you will receive a Credit to Reschedule to the same offering on another date.

* If you miss an Event, Workshop, Course, or Training you may join the same Event, Workshop, Course, or Training at another time - if there is Space, and subject to the discretion of the Facilitator.

* Missed Workshop Value cannot be transferred to a different Workshop, Course, Training or Service.

Refunds for Digital Products

* When you purchase any digital products or services from King’s Institute, King’s Ministry, King’s Leadership, Jeremiah King, and/or Wisdom King, any right you may have to withdraw from or cancel the purchase will be terminated once the digital content is delivered to you upon your request, and you will not be entitled to claim any refund under any circumstance.

Refusal of Refund

* Jeremiah King, Wisdom King, King’s Institute, King’s Ministry and King’s Leadership reserve the right to refuse a refund request if there is reasonable belief or suspicion (i) that you are trying to unfairly exploit this refund policy, for example, by making repetitive refund requests in respect to the same product or feature, or by trying to receive a refund for a non-refundable product; (ii) that you are in breach of the additional Terms and Agreements or Protocols for specific Services, Courses, Training Programs, or Events of any kind; (iii) that you are using any of our products fraudulently, breaking our Copyright and Privacy Policies, or that your User Account is being used by a third party fraudulently; or (iv) that you purchased a subscription or product through a third party service and the terms of such third party do not allow such a refund.
