King’s Leadership Training (KLT) helps you align what you do with God’s Purpose for your life, not just in belief, but in action.
This program combines biblical Truth, spiritual formation, and practical leadership tools to help you live your faith with clarity, confidence, and impact. You will learn how to lead yourself, your family, your work, and your sphere of influence with Christ at the centre of it all.
KLT will equip you to turn Kingdom Vision and Values into real world behaviours and decisions, healthy relationships, and meaningful leadership skills – whether in business, ministry, parenting, or community.
This is not a traditional leadership training program. It’s a Christ-led transformational incubator for leaders who are ready to take their place, live on purpose, and make a lasting difference for God’s Kingdom.

Definition, Principles & Practice of Servant Leadership according to traditional, modern & Biblical models; applied to leading in family, community, businesses, organizations and nations.
Tools : Spirit-led servant leadership model, self-reflection & assessment.
MONTH 3
SERVING WITH SPIRIT, SOUL & BODY
July 11-12, 2026
Spirituality, Emotional Intelligence & Awareness, Presence, Truth, Authenticity, Peace, Purpose and Compassion: Led by the Holy Spirit and applied to end times reality.
Tools : Faith and Tracking Instructions, Emotional Intelligence and Mindfulness.

GOD’S VISION & DESTINY FOR YOU

God-given Vision, crafting and communicating a compelling vision, bridging visions, joining other’s vision to yours, addressing misalignment.

Translating, clarifying and re-patterning your leadership model; focusing on embodiment, self-awareness, values, insight, purpose, choices, discipline, personal and spiritual practices in our daily lives.

What is KLT?
The King’s Leadership Training (KLT) is a 16 month transformational program for Believers who are ready to lead with purpose and vision in Christ.
KLT is designed for Disciples of Christ, ministry leaders, servant leaders, parents, teachers, community leaders, professionals, managers, entrepreneurs, and teams who desire to align their leadership, culture, and impact with God’s Vision and Will.
This program equips you to lead with wisdom, humility and strength, while turning Kingdom Values into real world action in your family, workplace, organization, and community.
What Will I Learn?
Through biblical teaching, spiritual revelation, leadership development, and guided self-discovery, you will:
• Clarify your God given purpose and leadership calling,

What are the Prerequisites?
No pre-requisite except a discovery call with us, simply email us in contact to schedule!
Although not mandatory, the Patterns Course is recommended during or prior to the training. The course provides important education and training about personalities, patterns and inter-personal dynamics that are very useful for personal development, facilitation and collaboration. The pre-recorded launching as a self study e-Course will be available by the end of 2026.
What is the COURSE FORMAT
Format: One weekend per month for 16 months
Delivery: Online via Zoom
Methods: Teachings, self-reflection, facilitated sharing, role play and practice, case studies, fasting and prayer, daily disciplines, assigned lectures and one individual project for the duration of the program, where students will be required to design and implement a real world leadership offering for the Kingdom.
Recordings will be available on the Teachable platform for review and in case you are not able to attend a particular module live.

Complimentary Management of Performance in Organizations (MPO) Assessment (Psychometric Testing), to be analyzed and reviewed as a group during the first weekend.
Live or Pre-Recorded workshops with visual presentation, closed with powerful guided group prayer & prophetic acts.
Homework and Lectures between workshops, and a variety of challenges for the students to integrate the teachings. (Books in the suggested lectures are not included in the training price).
