The King’s Kingdom Leadership Training Program equips Believers from all walks of life to grow as servant leaders who bring wisdom, unity, and transformation to their families, communities, and areas of influence.

Kingdom Leadership Training (KLT) helps you align what you do with God’s Purpose for your life, not just in belief, but in action.
This program combines biblical Truth, spiritual formation, and practical leadership tools to help you live your faith with clarity, confidence, and impact. You will learn how to lead yourself, your family, your work, and your sphere of influence with Christ at the centre of it all.
KLT will equip you to turn Kingdom Vision and Values into real world behaviours and decisions, healthy relationships, and meaningful leadership skills – whether in business, ministry, parenting, or community.
This is not a traditional leadership training program. It’s a Christ-led transformational incubator for leaders who are ready to take their place, live on purpose, and make a lasting difference for God’s Kingdom.

SERVING WITH SPIRIT, SOUL & BODY

What is KLT?
The Kingdom Leadership Training (KLT) is a 16 month transformational program for Believers who are ready to lead with purpose and vision in Christ.
KLT is designed for Disciples of Christ, ministry leaders, servant leaders, parents, teachers, community leaders, professionals, managers, entrepreneurs, and teams who desire to align their leadership, culture, and impact with God’s Vision and Will.
This program equips you to lead with wisdom, humility and strength, while turning Kingdom Values into real world action in your family, workplace, organization, and community.
What Will I Learn?
Through biblical teaching, spiritual revelation, leadership development, and guided self-discovery, you will:
• Clarify your God given purpose and leadership calling,

What are the Prerequisites?
Completion of the Patterns Course is required.
The Patterns Course is re-launching as a self study e-Course soon, and everyone who joins the Kingdom Leadership Training Program must either be already Certified in this foundational training (by passing a final exam with a minimum grade of 85%), or currently enrolled in the Course, and then take and pass the final exam upon completion of the course. The minimum grade to pass the test is 85%, and you can take the test as many times as necessary until you pass.
What is the COURSE FORMAT
Format: One weekend per month for 16 months
Delivery: Online via Zoom
Methods: Teachings, self-reflection, facilitated sharing, role play and practice, case studies, assigned lectures and one individual project for the duration of the program, where students will be required to design and implement a real world leadership offering for the Kingdom.
Recordings will be available on the Teachable platform for review and in case you are not able to attend a particular module live.

Meet the Teacher
Jeremiah King is the Founder of King’s Leadership – a Christian leadership consulting firm that is purposed to establish the Kingdom through servant leadership driven cultures and behavioural change management practices. The King’s Leadership Model employs cutting-edge holistic education and stakeholder engagement practices to assist Christ-centred leaders, organizations, families, communities and ministries in constructing the future. Jeremiah is a Pastor with a Teaching and Apostolic grace, a passion to train and educate young leaders to live a life of purpose in Christ, and the founder of an NPO that established community projects with sustainable development objectives.
“I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs and business leaders and played competitive American Football until I graduated in Kinesiology and Kinesiotherapy at the University of Sherbrooke. I began my professional journey as a personal trainer and health specialist, but early on I sensed a deeper calling toward human development, identity, purpose, meaning and performance.
This led me to study social sciences, personalities, psychology, psychometry, leadership development, coaching methodologies, and group dynamics, which opened the door for me to facilitate personal growth workshops, team development trainings, youth programs, and experiential learning initiatives.
Through years of study, practice, and significant life experiences, I traveled throughout the Americas in search of deeper understanding around purpose, meaning, healing, leadership, and spirituality. These journeys eventually brought me to Peru, where my wife Wisdom and I established a healing and transformation sanctuary in the Sacred Valley.
This is where my life took a decisive turn when we went through a series of encounters with the Lord Jesus Christ. This marked the beginning of an intense season of sanctification, surrender, and renewal, during which everything I believed I knew was dismantled and rebuilt centered on Christ alone. During this time, I entered a profound journey of discipleship, inner transformation, and spiritual growth through the guidance of Jesus Christ, Elders and Mentors in the Church.
This process prepared me to return to the world with clarity of calling and readiness to serve as a minister, educator, and leadership developer. My calling carries pastoral, apostolic, and educational dimensions with a focus on youth and family development, leadership and spiritual formation, conflict resolution, and team and community building.
I am currently completing an MBA with a specialization in Leadership, Consulting, and Change Management. My ministry, coaching, and teaching are devoted to raising grounded, capable, and Kingdom Minded Leaders. This means raising inspired believers and disciples from all ages to mature in Christ and unite their families, teams, organizations & communities around God and a Shared Vision of His Kingdom.”
