WHAT WILL I LEARN?

Throughout the KLT Program, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your God-given purpose and uncover and refine your natural personality patterns, enhance emotional and relational intelligence, and strengthen your ability to inspire, guide, and empower others. Through typology-based reflection and dynamic interaction, you’ll also learn how your personal tendencies and team dynamics affect organizational performance and how to align both with a Kingdom-driven mission.

Then, we’ll explore how to apply and integrate proven leadership practices and biblical principles into practical, actionable frameworks tailored for Servant Leaders and Kingdom Builders.  In the process, you’ll develop critical skills for leading change, building cohesion, improving governance, and fostering meaningful engagement among team members.

By mastering servant leadership behaviors and embedding impact-generating, service-led values, you’ll be equipped to create long-term sustainable impact while honoring the unique vision and calling of both your God-given purpose and of your projects and organizations.

HOW WILL I CHANGE AND GROW?

The KLT Program is more than Leadership Training – it’s an extremely impactful personal and spiritual transformation embedded in one of the most relevant leadership trainings in existence in 2025.  As a participant, you’ll grow in self-awareness and emotional maturity, by recognizing and overcoming internal and interpersonal patterns that hinder your effectiveness. You will mature spiritually and learn how to position yourself and work with God in the Spirit to bring forth the best results in all your endeavors, by deepening your understanding of servant leadership through the lens of Christ-centered principles, to begin to lead from a place of purpose, humility and strength, fostering trust and accountability in those you serve.

This program will stretch you beyond traditional leadership approaches by transforming you and challenging you to align your vision, behaviors, and decisions with the values of the Kingdom of God. You will experience breakthroughs in your mindset and habits, learn to navigate conflict and resistance with grace, and discover new ways to inspire others toward excellence and unity. Most importantly, you will embody a model of leadership that reflects Christ’s Heart and Vision to transform lives and advance His Will in your family, organization and community.

• King’s Institute Core Curriculum: Must have completed the Patterns Course.
